A story of Ancestral Gifts manifested
How It All began
Ten years ago, our founder was inspired to share her ancestral gifts of making handmade skincare products with Black women and girls in marginalized communities as a way to gain their interest in programming through the Women's and Girls' Project of Winston-Salem. ​
Carrying on the traditions and practices of a lineage of divine healers and a soap making Auntie, GLAM Beauty and Beyond creates natural products to nourish the body, mind, and soul.
Today, GLAM has broadened our product line to include holistic wellness products such as tinctures, tonics, and teas, and spiritual products like candles and handmade herbal incense.
Our products are paraben-free, natural and made in small batches with love and intention. We also use the highest quality oils, butters, essential oils, and fragrance oils and are proud supporters of Baraka Shea Butter where women in Ghana work to provide a living for themselves and their families.
